1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a PingXen account or using our monitoring, alerting, or status page services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• Only monitor domains, servers, and endpoints you own or are authorized to check.
• Don't use PingXen to perform denial-of-service testing or to overload third-party systems.
• Don't attempt to circumvent usage limits, security controls, or billing.

4. Service availability

We work hard to keep PingXen reliable, but monitoring checks depend on network conditions outside our control, and we don't guarantee zero false positives or negatives. PingXen is a tool to help you respond faster. It does not replace your own operational judgment.

5. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings; changes take effect as described there.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay for a paid plan after reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of liability

PingXen is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including losses from undetected downtime.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email.
